If you are planning to study...

Sciences or Applied Sciences ...you should take... MATH 100, preferably in a lecture section containing the letter "A"
Life Sciences ...you should take... MATH 100, preferably in a lecture section containing the letter "B"
Commerce ...you should take... MATH 100, preferably in a lecture section containing the letter "C"

If you would like to learn calculus in an enriched, rigorous course, or if you are planning to study Honours Mathematics, you should consider taking MATH 120. Note that while MATH 120 is more challenging than other first-year Calculus courses, final grades in MATH 120 are generally adjusted upward based on elements of the final exam common to all first-year Calculus courses.
