Graduating in May 2026 (or graduated in Nov 2025)? Don't forget to book your graduation photography appointment to be included in the official 2026 graduating class composite.

Photo deadline: March 30, 2026
You must be photographed by this date to appear on the 2026 graduating class composite.

If you are graduating later in 2026, you are still welcome to book your photo now. Your photo will be included in the following year’s composite.

Booking Instructions

When booking your appointment, please be sure to include:

Student number
Department: Math
Convocation date

This information is required to ensure your photo is placed in the correct department composite and graduation year.

Book Early

Appointments are open to all graduating students, and evening and weekend time slots fill up quickly. Early booking is strongly encouraged.

Deposit Information

A $60 fully refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will appear as a credit in your online account and can be applied to any photo order.
If you choose not to place an order, the deposit can be refunded by returning the previews within 30 days of your photo session.
