Anotida Madzvamuse has been appointed a CRC in theoretical and computational biology (2024)
Dr. Anotida Madzvamuse, from UBC Mathematics, is working on new ways to use computers in science experiments. He's especially focused on how math, physics, and computer science can help in fields like biology, medicine, and plant studies. One of his big projects right now is teaming up with UK health experts to understand and predict Covid-19 outbreaks using computer models.
