Abstract:

In this workshop for Women and Gender-diverse individuals, we will discuss imposter syndrome from several perspectives.  We will provide some context for imposter syndrome - how it arises, and the roles that systemic, individual, and social factors play in maintaining this phenomenon.  Participants will have the opportunity to share their stories/experiences in small groups. We will then share tools and strategies to help re-frame imposter syndrome to lift yourself and to lift others.

The workshop is funded by the Faculty of Science Strategic Innovation Fund, and will include a free lunch.
