PIMS - UBC Math Job Forum for Postdoctoral Fellows and Graduate Students

Please join us on Tuesday, October 22nd from 12:30 pm to 2 pm PT for a UBC Math Job Forum for Postdoctoral Fellows and Graduate Students.

You will hear from our speakers about jobs in different academic institutions and in industry, developing an outstanding CV, 
giving a winning job talk, writing effective application materials, 
and other tips to help you get ahead. 



We have assembled a panel of experts who can advise job 
applicants in mathematics and related areas on a range of issues 
including positions in research universities or liberal arts colleges, 
and working in the private sector. 


The forum is divided into short presentations from our 
panel followed by discussion.
