  • Week 1: review of functions, graphs, absolute value, inequalities, etc. (P.1, P.4, P.5)
  • Week 2: limits (1.2, 1.3, 1.5)
  • Week 3: continuity, tangents and the derivative (1.4, 2.1)
  • Week 4: derivatives (continued), differentiation rules (2.2, 2.3, 2.8); midterm (Sep. 28)
  • Week 5: chain rule, derivatives of trig. functions, mean value theorem (2.4, 2.5, 2.6)
  • Week 6: rates of change, velocity and acceleration, antiderivatives, Newton's law (2.7, 2.10, 2.11)
  • Week 7: inverse functions, exponentials and logarithms, exponential growth and decay (3.1-3.4)
