It covers Sections 1.1-1.8, 2.1-2.11, 4.1-4.4, 5.1-5.2, 6.1-6.3, 7.1-7.4. There are a few specific things from these sections that you are NOT responsible for: (1) the division algorithm (Fact 1.5, page 29), (2) Proposition 7.1 (page 126) and (3) the proposition on page 127.
