To enter another equation or a side condition, use "Insert equation" or "Insert side condition" on the Edit Menu in the Menu Bar.
To delete an equation, remove the text and press Enter. You can remove the text by selecting it with the mouse and pressing Delete.
There can be only one side condition. To delete it, you can use "Delete side condition" on the Edit Menu in the Menu Bar.
