This is a list of errors in the CLP 1 textbook identified since May 13, 2023.

July 24, 2023 P.275 Section 3.4 On page 275, in the proof of Theorem 3.4.38, in the bullet which starts "We now examine F'(q)" the first equation should end with $$\frac{1}{k!}f^{(k)}(a)\,(x-a)^k$$ rather than $$\frac{1}{k!}f^{(k)}(x-a)^k$$. Raymond Wang

December 13, 2023 P.292 Section 3.5 Near the end of the third last bullet in Example 3.5.15, "the maximum volume is when 24" should be "the maximum volume is 24". Karim Jiwa

November 6, 2023 P.501 Section 3.6.6 In the skeleton of the graph in S[6] in Section 3.6.6 the whole interval with x strictly bigger than 1/2 should be labelled as decreasing.
November 8, 2023 P.489 Section 3.6.4 In S[7] of Section 3.6.4, $$x^4+5x^3+\cos(-x)$$ should be $$x^4+5x^2+\cos(-x^3)$$ and $$x^4+5x^3+\cos(x)$$ should be $$x^4+5x^2+\cos(x^3)$$ Annie Harries
