PhD Candidate - Mathematics

About Me

Currently, I am interested in measure theory and harmonic analysis, in particular multilinear analysis, though I am delving into additive combinatorics.

Non-mathematically speaking, I love sports and physical activity, such as martial arts and, more recently, parkour. I also dabble in photography from time to time.

In 2009, I received my Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, with a double major in Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. I then stayed at UW to continue my studies, and finished with a Master of Mathematics in the area of Pure Mathematics in 2010, under the supervision of Professor Kathryn Hare. A copy of my thesis can be found here. I am now a PhD student at the University of British Columbia, working in harmonic analysis under the tutelage of Professor Izabella Laba and Professor Malabika Pramanik.
