News and Announcements

Sep 30: The make-up midterm is going to take place 6:00-7:00pm on October 2, 2014 (Thursday) in the room: MATH 100.

Sep 30: Quiz 2 candidates are posted below.

Sep 25: The Midterm 1 location is MATX 1100 (date/time: Fri, Oct 3, 6-7pm). See the sample midterm and its solutions on the Common Math 104/184 Webpage!
Two remarks regarding the midterm content announced on the Common Math 104/184 Webpage :
1. Section 2.3: you only need to know material up to the end of Quick Check 3 on p. 74 (so midterm does *not* cover The Squeeze Theorem, etc.)
2. Section 3.5: you only need to know the table of derivatives Theorem 3.13 on p. 167. (and use these in the context of product rule, quotient rule, etc -- as explained in class today).

Sep 19: An extremely important e-mail on quiz policies sent to the class.

Sep 18: Former Monday office hours moved to Tuesday 5-6pm (see above).

Sep 15: Quiz 1 candidates are posted below.

Sep 11: Sample midterm 1 and its solutions are posted to the Common Math 104/184 Webpage (link above).

Sep 9: WebWork due date is on Wednesdays at 8:00am. The first assignment will be due Wednesday, Sep 17, at 8:00am.
