Jan 26: gives matching pennies as an LP, but is infeasible; does some
	pivoting, which may not be a good idea at this point...
	not done in Spring 2008, due to possible confusion
	defines standard form

Jan 31: simplex method on a diet problem; two phases for matching
	pennies (see Jan ?? for setup).  Used in Spring 2008.

Feb 05: social welfare econ example begins: Brad, Angelina, Jenn, Darth;
	trick to setting it up (making utilities positive), then the 
	simplex method (4 decision, 4 slack).  Used in Spring 2008.

Feb 12: summarize simplex method in view of Chapter 3, with examples of
	different situations (e.g., infeasible, unbounded)

Feb 16: start of what becomes Feb 26 notes (???)

Feb 26: start duality, illustrated on matching with Angelina, etc.  Used
	in Spring 2008.

Mar 05: Use diet problem to illustrate complementary slackness and diet
	problem (same diet problem as in Jan 31).  Used in Spring 2008.
