Textbook Calculus: Early Transcendentals, Volume 2. Third custom edition for UBC, by Briggs and Cochran. If you have an older edition of the textbook, that's good enough. But, you need to find out the corresponding textbook sections and question numbers yourself, perhaps by borrowing the current edition from a friend and transferring the information to your textbook.

In other words, Midterm 2 covers Sections 4.8, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.5, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8 and basic Probability Appendix 2.1 and 2.2. Sample.
