Quizzes will be every week on Tuesday, at the beginning of class, except midterm days (and the first day of class). Your two lowest quiz scores over the course of the semester will be dropped from the final average. No make-up quizzes will be given. The schedule for quizzes will be posted here, with the sections each one covers and together with a list of relevant problems for the material we cover.

• The practice problems listed above for the semester are generally still a good representative of what you should be able to do. If you've done them already and want more, similar ones in the text (many of the even-numbered ones for instance) that aren't on my list are good practice.
• Suggested problems for Section 5.5 (Least-Squares Problems): 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 19, 21. Also problems 1 and 3 in Section 5.6 could be relevant. (Note we do not cover the QR factorization problems in 5.5.).
