My current interests include within-host viral dynamics in
HIV-infected individuals on anti-retroviral treatments, utilizing and
developing stochastic techniques to better capture observed
variations.
While at the BC Centre for Disease Control I also began working on
a problems in mathematical epidemiology with emphasis on the role
demography and behaviour in the spread of different infections. In
particular I have been focusing on HIV and influenza.
