The deadline to submit abstracts for consideration in this year's contributed paper sessions has been extended through May 18. A description of this year's sessions was published in the February and April issues of FOCUS, and is also available through the MathFest website, or directly at http://www.maa.org/mathfest/mf04_cps.html.
Abstracts can be submitted electronically at http://mathfest.maa.org. Session organizers will notify submitters regarding the status of their abstracts after the deadline.
MathFest 2004 will be held Thursday, August 12 through Saturday, August 14, 2004 in Providence, Rhode Island. Early bird registration continues through June 30.
