Registration Overview:
Three steps are required.
- Enter your personal information.
Use the form below. Please fill in all fields not
marked "optional": incomplete forms will be rejected.
When your form is accepted, you will be assigned a unique
"Candidate Number". Please remember it!
Note: Submitting the form is simply
a declaration of interest on your part. It places no
obligation on you (to take the test) or on the examiners
(to let you write).
- Mail your fee promptly.
The fee for this examination is $100.00.
On-line payment is not available,
so advance planning is essential: the money
must arrive at the UBC Mathematics Department Office
by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday 21 May 2013.
(Payments bearing a legible postmark of
Friday 17 May 2013 or earlier will also be accepted.)
Late payments will not be accepted; unpaid students will not
be permitted to write the examination.
There will be no exceptions.

Write your candidate number on your cheque, and include a
printed copy of your registration information.
(The "Check Status" button will send you an email suitable
for printing.)

at the top of this page any time. This information will be
shown automatically if your registration is accepted. Visit
this page two weeks after you mail your cheque to confirm that
it has been received.

most of the information below is required, and registration requests
without it will be rejected. Optional fields are clearly marked.
We respect your privacy.
We will use your email address for all correspondence before the test,
and send your results on paper to the postal address you provide.
We will try to arrange sittings of the exam in students' own schools
wherever possible: this is why we request the name and email addresses
of your teacher. We will never give this information to anyone
outside the examining committee.
