Question: How can I get the licensed software I paid for using a Journal Voucher (JV) to the UBC IT/Bookstore?

If you can't download the software directly from the UBC IT web site
http://www.it.ubc.ca/service_catalogue/computers_printers/software.html
you'll need to contact the MathNet IT staff who can get it on your behalf. You must supply a writable media, such as a USB thumb drive or blank DVD. Please forward the licensing information to the MathNet IT staff to allow access to the software, and to retain in case you lose the license key.
